Guaianazes to Estudantes is based on the real thing, the Line 11 (Coral) from CPTM (Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos), which serves the eastern part of the huge São Paulo metropolitan area, one of the most populated regions of the State of São Paulo.
This route has been re-written to be played in OpenBVE only and includes some of the OpenBVE's special features, such as objects with emissive colors and some animated objects, basically trains crossing and vehicles running in the roads aside and above the viaducts along the route.
The default train is the EMU CAF model UT-440 (version 2), built by CAF of Spain in the 1980's, now coming with lights and operating doors.
Go aboard!! Press F2 and get inside the first car, where you may travel along the entire route as a passenger!! Enjoy the new interior, now according to the real train.
Accurated catenary masts and gantries, buildings, vegetation, signalling, landscapes, passing train sounds and announcements.
The author insists on the following points:
- This is not a patch. It's a brand new version that must be installed onto your Open BVE main folders.
- How to find the stop mark when approaching the stations? You may look for a yellow round plate hung in the platform's roof edge, with the portuguese expression "Limite de Embarque" (or Stop Limit).
- All the 3-D objects and textures that have author's name are copyrighted, and it is necessary to ask permission to use any of them in your own route. Some 3-D objects and textures from other authors were used with permission and were rightfully credited (please read the Credits.txt file)
